I called in and spoke with Amy, she was fantastic over the phone and helped me immediately with what I needed. I came in and worked with Tom who was fantastic in exactly what Amy instructed. Tom was super helpful and knowledgeable. Great store, highly recommend coming in with any needs on tri suits, running and or swimming. Keep up the good work.

EDIT #2: Wow, so I updated my review yesterday when a google maps notification popped up on my phone, and today the manager at the store called to make things right. He wasn't a manager back when this experience occurred, T3 did right by hiring him! I'm moving my review from 1 stars back to 5 stars because even though it was not fun to have this experience back then, every other one of my experiences has been good and I want to make sure my review is an accurate representation of how things are now. I'm looking forward to finally getting back in their shop! EDIT: They said they’d contact me, 4 years later they never did. I guess it was a generic response to make it look like they cared. Original post: I have been coming here for years. This year they shared a new promotional marketing campaign where you can rent their road bikes, but apply your rentals towards the purchase of a new bike if you decide that you want to buy. After double and triple checking with multiple employees at their store over a span of a few weeks that this was indeed the case and that they expressly told me multiple times they would “make sure to make it happen” even after I questioned it because it sounded too good to be true. 4 rentals later they will not stand behind their word. Even talked with the owner and was severely disappointed in the way he communicated with me, very demeaning, and also disappointed with how they were not willing to stand behind their word or even offer to meet at some sort of middle ground. It’s a bummer because I thought they were a great mom and pop shop that I was hoping to keep coming for years to come. Don’t feel like I can support them anymore.

I feel like this deserves more than an empty response so I'm coming back to this review. Everyone I talked to at T3 was awesome and went out of their way to help me out. I took in a bike for some maintenance and asked them to order some new parts for it. That took a few weeks. During which, the bike tech, Sam, would text me with regular updates either with changes to what was available or to run prices by me. Now my little cheap beginner bike is working better than the fancy one I bought earlier in the year. 10/10 would recommend. I had a great experience overall and will be going back for the shoe sale they have going on.

Great little shop with a wonderful staff! I lived in Utah during 2022 and used them a couple times for repair service that was beyond my skill level and they were fantastic and quick about it too! Thanks T3!

Very kind and knowledgeable staff. Took my oldest to get her first real bike. They talked to her and asked her what she liked/wanted. When we needed some adjustments the next day they did it immediately and made sure she was comfortable with the setup. Will definitely be coming here for all our biking and outdoor sports needs.

I highly recommend this business. I was completely impressed with their customer service. Especially, I was impressed with Chason. He was extremely helpful and very responsive.
