Shipping policy

We offer free shipping on orders over $100. If you are order is under $100, you will need to pay a $10 flat fee shipping rate and sometimes we have different shipping options enabled that are at a lower price (depending on if the carrier has that available at the time to us!). We ship to everywhere in the US with the pricing above and for international shipping, please inquire via live chat or calling us at 801-769-3576.

Items will be shipped within 3 business days from your order. Items take up to 2 weeks after shipping to be delivered, but are almost always before then. We are responsible for fulfillment of the order on time and making sure the item is delivered. Any carrier delays we are not responsible for. Shipping is usually fulfilled by UPS and if international (final delivery may be from a different company than listed above).

** Note ** on oversized items ie: bikes, wheels, framesets, specific pumps, and other items you may have to pay shipping even if the total of the order is over $100. In this instance, you will go to checkout and be shown the exact rate of the shipping cost for the item. This depends based on the size, weight, time of year, and location you are in. 

We do NOT ship oversized items outside of the continental USA. If you wish to have a bike shipped overseas, please send an email to sales@t3triathlon.com

If your item is lost, it may take 20 days to be able to get a claim approved - once the claim is approved, you will get a refund/credit/replacement.
