Refund policy

Returns and Exchanges

Returns or exchanges will be accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase (on the receipt) and items must be unused, with the tags attached and in re-sellable condition. Return shipping is provided, however we reserve the right to deny any return or exchange request. 

All sales are final on:

• Swimwear
• Nutrition
• Items on sale
  
• Liquidation Products

If items on sale, such as shoes or clothing, do not fit, we will gladly exchange them for a different shoe size or shoe of equal value. 

For liquidation items, if the product arrives and is not as per description or is not working, we will perform a return and you will receive a full refund.

To return or exchange an item please contact us at 801-769-3576 so we can make arrangements for your refund or exchange. If your item(s) are eligible, you may also request a return through our site. 

Bikes and oversized items will incur a restocking fee of 25% of the total value of the sale. 

Certain items that are many seasons or years old are non-returnable. 
We do not authorize any items on our site to be resold or distributed. If past order history indicates this when reviewing a return request, we reserve the right to deny the return.
